Adenike Obaoye, a Nigerian living in Germany, has accused German authorities of capturing and removing her two children, David and Noah. In a video uploaded on Monday through her TikTok account, she made the accusation that a German court had denied her two non-German toddlers.

According to the woman, David and Noah were born in July 2022 and August 2021, respectively. “The German female judge refused to release my non-German children to travel to Nigeria as I demanded after the Family Court at Berlin-Kreuzberg was concluded,” she wrote.

Obaoye claims that her children are Nigerian and do not hold dual German citizenship. Germany refused to release non-German children at the court, stating that they wanted them to stay in Germany.

This is against both the children’s rights and my rights as their mother, Obaoye said. “I have sole custody of both of my children as a single mother. Germans desire to inherit other people’s children.

The divorced woman reportedly stated that the German authorities sought to use state kidnapping to regain custody of her children, according to PUNCH Diaspora Tales.

However, this justice is short-lived. “I will continue to fight it,” she continued. Since she did not reply to messages at the time this report was filed, our correspondent’s attempts to get her to comment on the reasons the court took custody of the children were in vain.
